Productive vs Full Weeks

   Clarity often begins with simplicity.

None of these areas may require immediate attention.
The purpose is simply to notice, reflect, and begin seeing the business more clearly.

A Clearer View Productive vs Full Weeks

A full week is not always a productive one. Time can be filled with activity, yet still leave a sense that important things have not moved forward. Productivity is less about how much is done, and more about whether the right things are being done.

When the week ends with a sense of progress, there is usually a clearer connection between effort and outcome. Without that connection, it can feel as though time is being used, but not always effectively.

It may be worth considering:

 1. At the end of the week, is there a clear sense of what has been achieved?
 2. Do certain tasks repeat without leading to improvement?
 3. Does the use of time align with the goals of the business?

Sometimes, a simple weekly review—looking back at what was done and what changed—
can begin to bring clarity to how time is being used.

If a conversation would be helpful at some point, it can begin simply—
with a name, a number, and a suitable time.
